Terms and Conditions

When you order from our store, we will do everything we can to carefully package and prepare our shipments for delivery. Our stones will be protected so they're not broken during shipping. We only ship to the address as verified on your PayPal or GoDaddy payments profile. We will allow you to cancel an order as long as we haven't shipped it out yet. 

Returns / Refunds

All sales are final, we do not accept returns. If you are unsure if you wish to purchase something for any reason, contact us and see if we can help before you make the purchase. If you'd like to see a stone from another angle, or a better photo, contact us and we'll try to answer any questions you may have before you buy. We just use smartphones to take our photos, and sometimes the color of the stone will appear slightly different due to the lighting. We include a buffalo nickel in each photo for not only size reference, but color / saturation reference. Sometimes it helps to see a stone compared to another one, so feel free to contact us before ordering and ask to see a particular stone photographed next to another. 

Payments are made using PayPal or GoDaddy, and are subject to the payment and refund policies of each site. With these payment processing sites, both the buyer and seller are protected from fraud or lost/stolen packages. We ship only to verified addresses with these payment processors. We reserve the right to cancel any order we see as suspicious, but before we cancel it, we'll reach out to you beforehand. 

We do not store your personal information on our site. If we need to contact you, we'll reach out to you on Facebook or your preferred method of communication. Please contact us if you have any other questions about our terms and conditions.
